Who is responsible for tools, supplies, & materials?

The professionals come equipped with all of the tools they'll need to get the job done, along with basic supplies like nails, screws, glues, and other handy things (that pun is mostly unintended). As far as heftier materials go (like drywall or the fixtures being installed), you'll have to arrange with your pro whether you will provide them or if you'd like them to purchase them on your behalf. If they purchase the materials, the cost will be added to your final Wealfull invoice.
